Dreamland Villas started building in 1959 with build out in the 70's. Today, around 5000 residents reside in this 55+ active adult community.

Amenities

Read Hall and Farnsworth Hall complexes house most of the Dreamland Villas facilities. Also featured is their one mile, maintained desert walking trail.

The Read Hall complex houses the business office, a 150 person meeting room, the Club's indoor activities, outdoor activities including two pools and a spa, the shuffleboard and Pickle Ball courts, the exercise room, card rooms, game room with pool, table tennis or darts, and John's Villa Restaurant.

The Farnsworth Hall complex includes a large auditorium with stage and kitchen, exterior band shell and outdoor activities including a swimming pool. Events including arts & craft fairs, theater, concerts and dances are held here for instance.

Activity groups are available including arts, ceramics, lapidary, photography, quilters and wood shop to name a few.

Fees

Dreamland Villas does not require residents to join the Dreamland Villa Community Club which manages the amenities and activities. Access to the facilities requires a member card available for an annual fee.
