Solera at Johnson Ranch is a 727 home age-restricted, Del Webb neighborhood development set within the all-age Johnson Ranch master community located in San Tan Valley. This Solera was built by Pulte Homes' Del Webb Division between 2004 and 2008. The community is located 45 miles southeast of Phoenix and of PHX Sky Harbor airport.

New construction homes are still available as well as resale houses in this gated neighborhood at the base the San Tan Mountains.
