Trilogy at Power Ranch is a 55+ retirement community in Gilbert, Arizona built by Shea Homes between 1999 and 2008. It is located 34 miles southeast of downtown Phoenix and 31 miles from PHX Sky Harbor airport.
Amenities
Trilogy at Power Ranch amenities include a large 27,000 square-foot recreation center /clubhouse /ballroom with game rooms, two swimming pools (lap pool) and a spa, four tennis courts (two lighted), a fitness center, library, bocce ball courts, Cafe Santa Fe Restaurant, a cyber café, a computer lab, ceramics room, stained glass area, billiards parlor and movie theater.
The computer lab, known as the Center for Higher Learning, serves as a center for education and training. The well-equipped kitchen serves as a culinary teaching area. Walking paths spread through the area.
The 6,700 yard, championship 18-hole Trilogy at Power Ranch Golf Club course was designed by Dick Bailey. The Lantana Grill at the Trilogy Golf Club offers another nice restaurant to the community.
Activities include a variety of social events, clubs, sports and trips.
