Sunland Springs Village is a 900-acre, 55+ active retirement community in Mesa, Arizona. Farnsworth Development started construction in 1997, building 2,890 homes to date. Single family, condos and townhomes are available including new construction. Sunland Springs Village is located 28 miles East from downtown Phoenix and 34 miles from PHX Sky harbor airport.
Amenities
Sunland Springs Village offers a 27-hole executive golf course (currently being considered for purchase by the residents as of July, 2015). A recreation center includes a 13,000 sq. ft. auditorium/ballroom, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, lap pool, spa, and courts for tennis, bocce ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball and pickleball as well as a woodworking shop, library, arts and crafts, billiards and card rooms indoors. Community features include a softball field, pet park, and a fee-based onsite facility for RV storage.
The Activities Coordinator ensures plenty of social events, dances, entertainment, meals, over 40 clubs, outings and full trips are planned on a regular basis.
