Bellasera

Bellasera is an all age, gated development making the list of retiremenet communities due to its resort-like amenities that have attracted many in the 55+ crowd. With 360 low-maintenance home sites spread over 290 acres ranging from 1,394 to 3,387 square feet in size, Bellasera began construction by Del Webb, famous for Sun City developments, in 1998 and completed their plan in 2001. The community is located in Scottsdale about 31 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor airport.

Amenities

The beautiful Bellasera clubhouse offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, fireplace-lit swimming pool with lap feature and shallow sand entry on one side, spa, steam room and lounge. Nearby features include lighted tennis and basketball courts. Around eight miles of walking trails meander around the property and an eighth-mile jogging track. A large, lighted dog park offers canine fitness as well.

The double gated entry system offers increased security for residents. Social activities of all sorts are available including celebrations and parties as well as clubs and activity groups of all sorts.

 

Fees

The Bellasera Community Association (HOA) fees are $555.00 quarterly.
